Cancellation of stay

(illness (INCLUDING COVID), death, hospitalisation, pregnancy complications, etc....)

(broken table, damaged mattress, burnt worktop, etc....)

You can subscribe to our ADAR insurance directly online with secure payment by credit card : get your insurance quote here.

If your rental exceeds 15,000 euros, you can subscribe to our ADAR LUXE insurance which insures rents up to 50,000 euros : get your insurance quote here.

These policies apply to any holiday rental, flat, villa or house, for any length of time and for any number of occupants, even for our largest properties which accommodate up to 25 people.

Insurance premiums (excluding fees and supplements) are borne by the lessee at the following rates:

ADAR by Olam Properties : Premium of 3.50% of the rental amount including tax
(minimum amount 19 € TTC - maximum 500€ TTC)

ADAR LUXE by Olam Properties guarantee: Bonus of 4% of the rental amount including VAT
