Seasonal rental real estate and the measures following the expected deconfinement of May 11th

From Monday, May 11th, unless otherwise decided by the Government, OLAM PROPERTIES AGENCY WILL HAVE THE PLEASURE TO WELCOME YOU AGAIN!

In order to be able to accompany your projects and make your future holiday or rental investment dreams come true, we have taken some absolutely necessary measures to ensure your safety. The whole Olam Properties team is preparing the “deconfinement” which will take place in a few days.

At the agency :

- masks, gloves, hydro-alcoholic gels will be at the disposal of future clients and clients who will visit us.

- Our premises, toilets and door handles will be disinfected several times a day.

- we are completing the elaboration of standard reception procedures according to new modalities (distance, maintenance of teleworking...) in order to reassure our employees, our customers, our subcontracting suppliers including cleaning, maintenance and security personnel.

Our apartments are subject to the most meticulous controls and inspections!

First of all, we have just validated the implementation of the new cleaning and disinfection procedures with our cleaning teams.

We guarantee the provision of disposable masks for tenants who do not have them and the use of veridical / germicidal products for routine cleaning.

During the course of this week, we will proceed with the disinfection of the air conditioners / replacement of the filters when necessary.

Everything will be reviewed in \"sensitive\" areas for the comfort of our customers, up to the frequent cleaning of lift buttons and stair railings in the common areas of the buildings and in the villas.

And, of course, we have thought of extending the interval between stays in our apartments so that everything can be thoroughly disinfected.
