If your rental exceeds 15,000 euros, you can subscribe to our ADAR LUXE insurance which insures rents up to 50,000 euros using the link:www.albinet.fr

These policies apply to any holiday rental, flat, villa or house, for any length of time and for any number of occupants, even for our largest properties which accommodate up to 25 people.

  • Civil liability of the tenant: Material damage following explosion, fire, water damage
  • Recourse from neighbours and third parties
  • Damage to movable and immovable property belonging to the owner of the rented property

INDEMNITIES

  • Deposit + sums due up to €15,000
  • Non accrued rent up to €15,000
  • Up to €500,000
  • Up to €450,000
  • Up to €4,000 with an excess of €75

Insurance premiums (excluding fees and supplements) are borne by the lessee at the following rates:

ADAR by Olam Properties : Premium of 3.50% of the rental amount including tax
(minimum amount 19 € TTC - maximum 500€ TTC)

ADAR LUXE by Olam Properties guarantee: Bonus of 4% of the rental amount including VAT
