These are valid for rentals of less than 90 days.
Insurance premium rates
The holiday rental insurance premiums (excluding costs and additional premiums) will be paid by the renter under the following terms and conditions and directly on our partner’s website with payment by credit card and instant receipt of the contract by e-mail.

- Deposit + sums due up to €15,000 (≈ 16,479 $)
- Non-accrued rent up to €15,000 (≈ 16,479 $)
- Up to €500,000 (≈ 549,300 $)
- Up to €450,000 (≈ 494,370 $)
- Up to €4,000 (≈ 4,394 $) with a €75 deductible
ADAR LUXE by Olam Properties
Locations < 15.000 €
- Deposit + sums due up to €50,000 (≈ 54,930 $)
- Non-accrued rent up to €50,000 (≈ 54,930 $)
- Up to €500,000 (≈ 549,300 $)
- Up to €450,000 (≈ 494,370 $)
- Up to €15,000 (≈ 16,479 $) with a €250 deductible
Guarantees common to both policies
Cancellation of stay
Illness (including Covid-19), death, hospitalization, pregnancy complications, etc.
Civil liability
Material damage due to explosion, fire, water damage, broken table, damaged mattress, burnt worktop, etc.
Interruption of stay
Illness, death in the family, major damage to your home, etc.
Property damage
Damage to movable and immovable property belonging to the owner of the leased property
